"Are you using ROS1? If so, there are some issues with usb-cam that MAP IV(Our partner's company) also ran into, so they built a ROS1 version of ros2_v4l2_camera which has been tested to work well with C1:
tier4/ros2_v4l2_camera#11"
So far no image jitter / image tearing observed
The driver is still only a pull request and not merged into the branch, as its only 1 week old.
Check later if it is merged, then merge the ROS1 branch
