Fix USB cam screen tearing #121
Description
Screen tearing appears when using the ros usb_cam driver. It doesn't always appear, but if I put the PC in standby mode, then turn it on again and launch the USB cam driver, then it almost always appeared.
Installed ros2 in a docker and tried it with the ROs2 usb_cam driver. Then screen tear was never visible.
I sent an email to the company, asking if they have any info
