Ai time, feel free to use ai

1. upgrade umi to v4
2. use umi locale instead of lingui
3. use zustand instead of dva
4. add @ant-design/x to run gpt dialog, for production you may need @ant-design/x-markdown
5. remove axios to keep it simple
6. remove echart and highcharts, since it's easy to import with ai
7. add page sys/menu back so it's easy to modify layout's menu

Just keep it simple with limited dependencies.

Happy new year, long time no maintaince.

1. upgrade antd to v6
2. upgrade lingui to v5
3. use highcharts-react-official
4. remove MapChart & AirportCoord
5. use puppeteer-core instead of puppeteer since that npm install easy to fail

not upgrade to umi v4 since too much gap.

many thanks to antd-admin, since it born very eariler before umi/antd pro.
but it's looks too old for now, need a new reborn.
