Implementation was modified according to 9.4.
I brought the old test from jetty.project and confirmed that they passed locally.
Also I confirmed that my application's session can be acquired via memcached.
Version was raised to 0.6.1-SNAPSHOT.
According to jetty 's document, I deleted the class that inherited SessionIdManager, used DefaultSessionIdManager, and since the function of SessionManager has moved almost to SessionHandler, I created a new class MemcachedSessionDataStore.
Please let me know if there is a lack of features etc.
