Kotlin Multiplatform projects today are predominantly using Gradle Kotlin DSL. To better reflect current ecosystem practices and improve first-time developer experience, this PR swaps the order of the Groovy and Kotlin DSL examples in the README, making Kotlin DSL the primary example.

No functional changes — documentation only.

This helps KMP users find the most relevant configuration faster while still keeping Groovy DSL fully available.

Continue the work started in the previous commit by swapping
the order of DSL examples in the remaining sections:
- Configuring target dependent values
- Product Flavor?
