[script.plexmod] 1.0.6 (1.0.5 hotfix)

Description

This is based on the recently merged 1.0.5 PR (#2779). When creating the PR I missed adding a couple of files rendering the current 1.0.5 release in the repository broken.

Sorry for the mishap!

I manually zipped the script.plexmod folder from the 1.0.6 branch and installed it on my Fire TV Stick 4K. It installs, but I still encounter the crash with the message: "PM4K PLEX ERROR: PLEASE CHECK THE LOG FOR MORE INFORMATION."
For reference on my setup:
1.0.5e: Works perfectly.
1.0.5f: Does not work.
1.0.6 (Hotfix): Does not work (same error).
I will stick with 1.0.5e for now until a fix is confirmed. Thanks!

I've tested the 1.0.6 and it seems to be working. Will test further this evening. :)
