- Tests are written and can be reviewed and commented upon at:
- blocked on Update webtransport_h3_server.py to latest IETF draft 15 web-platform-tests/wpt#58917

Yeah, seems that was a temporary hiccup (I hope). Not entirely sure about merging this without test coverage so I'm inclined to wait a bit to see how that sorts itself out.
