Support build from current source and support domain parsing when used under docker-compose

1. Modifed Dockerfile, to support build from current source directly (avoid git clone twice)
2. When we use docker-compose to handle services, udpraw may need to parse domain name in LAN instead of ip. We could use getaddrinfo to handle both ip and domain name.
