Special cases for CSV values

Visibility field:

• For collection metadata file, if Visibility field is not provided, it is set to FALSE.
• For item metadata file, if Visibility field is not provided, it is set to TRUE.

IAWA repository

Rights and Bibliographic Citation fields

• If they are not provided in the metadata file, the rights_statement and bibliographic_citation will be auto-generated based on the title field

Circa field

• We are not using Circa field any more, metadata file should be updated to combine Circa field, start_date and end_date fields into one display_date field

SWVA repository

Parent Collection field

• This field is provided in collection metadata file to indicate collection and sub-collection parent-child relationships.

Thumbnail Path field

• This field is provided in collection metadata file to indicate the path to the representative image for the sub_collection.

Hokies@home repository

Parent Collection field

• This field is provided in the archive metadata file to indicate collection and item parent-child relationships.

Filename field

• This field is provided in the archive metadata file to infer the values for thumbnail_path and manifest_url.
