Description
RR 26.04 will have cargo-auditable support! This documents it.
I also added a new "language-specific" section, where we document interesting things we do in our Launchpad builders that are not standard. This is mostly because I'm not sure where my new docs go properly. If there is a better place to put the new documentation, please let me know.
