This PR addresses various requests made by cpaelzer for the MIR docs:
mir-helpers.mddeleted -- the content has been already redistributed to other sections/pages.mir-exceptions.mddeleted -- the content has been distributed to separate pages for each exception.mir-rust.mdwas identified as a special case, similar to the exceptions, and is now grouped with themteam-meeting.mdcreated to house the details of the weekly MIR team meetingteam-meeting.mdcontent to include meeting: using matrix canonical/ubuntu-mir#79mir-overview.mdto bring together the "communication" section
