NVIDIA 580.x fails to build on kernel 6.18 due to get_dev_pagemap() API changes. Switch to 590.44.01 which includes the fix.
The 6.18 kernel's Debian config enables zstd kernel compression, which requires the zstd command-line tool to be available during build. Add zstd to predepscmd for both production and debug kernel builds.
