Implements RecipientPluginV1 and IdentityPluginV1 backed by Argon2idRecipient / Argon2idIdentity from the library crate.
--generate writes an age identity file, and --list read and parses.
Went with passage > age since it covers both.
cargo test --workspace no longer runs the e2e binary by default, since rage and passage won't be installed in most dev environments.
rage uses pinentry (curses UI) rather than a simple text prompt, so PTY interaction with rexpect didn't work for the rage tests.
