What changed?
Documentation change only. Updated CONTRIBUTING.md to provide more explicit instructions about dependencies, update create namespace command to pass the -n option, remind that you need to start optional dependencies to use the UI, be opinionated about a first sample to try out after getting the server running.
Why?
Because these types of guides should aspire to the don't make me think principle.
