homebrew-tap

Homebrew formulae that allow installation of Team-Charls projects through the Homebrew package manager. The only included project at the moment is CharLS.
Remark: since version 2.4.2 CharLS is also included in the standard Homebrew tap.

Installation

Default Homebrew tap (recommended)

The default Homebrew tap is recommended as it contains more bottles (pre-build binaries) and is maintained by Homebrew itself.

brew install charls

Team-CharLS tap

brew tap team-charls/tap
brew install charls

or

brew install team-charls/tap/charls
