Replaces direct imports of international card translations with a 'cardPath' string reference in all PMCG1 card files. This change simplifies the related card linkage and avoids unnecessary imports.

Introduces a 'related' field to the Serie interfaces and API definitions to support related series links, such as translations. Implements logic in serieUtil.ts to generate these related links dynamically based on available translations and related series data.

This pr is a POC for creating links between objects i.e (series,set,cards). currently it allows the manual linking used to link objects between the data and data-asia folders. it also will automatically link translations defined in its self i.e en object will show links for the translations to de,fr,es and so on if it has that data filled out.
