This is a maintenance release. The main goal was to keep all dependencies up-to-date.
- moved unit tests to dedicated directory (8718cd0)
- regression tests: luxon, fuse.js, rbush, proj4, geo-coordinate-parser, Color
- electron: rename databases directory (a0f92b9)
- migrated scss -> css (293f7fe)
- updated most outdated build/runtime dependencies
- removed jsdoc dependency
- updated readme
