Fixes #245. This may be a breaking change for some users due to the now correct ordering of
@media/@supportsrules in the serialisation, but the behaviour now is a more accurate representation of what is actually happening.There is an upstream issue with indentation for nested
@media/@supportsrules: reworkcss/css#134
