This PR adds Telegram Mini App Landing Page in accordance with TG mini app landing page copy.

  • Adds the Telegram Mini App in product drop down:

  • The page is available at /tgminiapp and follows design pattern similar to /referrals.

This is ready for review.

  • Introduces new /tgminiapp landing page for the Telegram mini app.

  • Also updates notice banner styling to match Storacha branding.

  • Follows our figma design and all changes suggested in marketing sync.

  • Device specific configurations wherever needed.
