First automated build

This is an automated build. Differences since v0.4.0:

• Various fixes.
• Updating README.md
• Work around to allow SqAN "invalid" IDs and IPv4 addresses to be multicast to the mesh. This is primarily added to support devices that are tethered to a SqAN node
