Note

Adds CI security scanning via Snyk and a small README title tweak.

• CI: New GitHub Actions workflow /.github/workflows/snyk.yml installs Snyk, runs snyk test --severity-threshold=high on PRs to gate merges, and snyk monitor on main (requires SNYK_TOKEN secret; Node 20 setup)
• Docs: Updates README.md title to include author name
