This commit will hide the carousel and show recently edited decks instead, like on the My Decks page, if a user is logged into SlideWiki. This has been requested by some trial partners.
Not sure this is the best way to implement it - especially about the new action.
EDIT: This PR won't cover SWIK-2257 entirely but is a first step towards it. @abijames Shall this PR be closed and opend up again as soon as the mockup from Jira is implemented or is it worth to merge this already? It might be useful to show as of deliverable 3.6.
