Description
Add the first broad cocotb/GHDL regression wave for the simulator-friendly
ethernet/modules and their wrapper surfaces.The branch adds checked-in subsystem-local wrappers, shared Python helper layers, and functional cocotb tests for the main non-vendor leaves and assembled top-level paths in those areas.
