Description
Allows the user to restore some or all vales of PVs from a previously saved snapshot. Displays progress as the values are being saved, as well as the end result.
Adds a new component to render the bottom status panel, and adds a smaller progress report to the sidebar.
Note this requires slaclab/react-squirrel-backend#55 to receive progress updates from the backend.
