This PR adds an argument
wait-for-indices, a list of indices to wait for before starting to synchronise data.Its very helpful being able to wait until they exist in automated environments if you need to provide a mapping, so types are not automatically guessed when the index is auto-created.
Example; waiting for indices - and moving on when its created
monstache ... -wait-for-indices a -wait-for-indices dagge
