feat: add snapshotVersion task.

When multi-module project used and sub-modules have cross project dependencies - it is impossible to use release task as is.

For that reason new task snapshotVersion added, in order to handle such cases.

Something like this:
./gradlew unSnapshotVersion <Call tasks required for build> updateVersion snapshotVersion preTagCommit
