How to: Use refile s3 with minio

Add an initializer with the following configuration

aws = {

    secret_access_key: "zuf+tfteSlswRu7BJ86wekitnifILbZam1KYY3TG",
    region: "us-east-1",

Refile.cache = Refile::S3.new(prefix: "cache", **aws)
Refile.store = Refile::S3.new(prefix: "store", **aws)
