main,dev, and the latest 3release-x.y branches.mainanddevusedefault.envas-is.release-x.ystill overridesRHDH_IMAGEtonext-x.ycommunity builds.CATALOG_INDEX_IMAGEis no longer written by the composite action.devis also excluded fromdeveloper-lightspeed.Please cherry-pick to main after merge so the scheduled nightly (default branch) picks this up.
