- CHANGELOG [Unreleased]: add the consolidated dead-toggle removal entry (19 no-op toggles across 6 Settings sections + settingsSearchHints cleanup) and the DeepSource static-analysis integration entry. - Tombstone docs/CODEANT-LOOP-RUNBOOK.md → pointer to the canonical docs/CODEANT-REVIEW-LOOP.md. It carried the misleading "each push triggers a new review wave" claim (which misled an external analysis) + dead live-PR state; the canonical doc has the correct manual `@codeant-ai review` reality and the full recipes. File kept at its path so existing links resolve. - README Documentation Hub: list the two new DeepSource docs. Docs-only — no code/i18n/test changes.
