This case study presents the assessment of physical improvement opportunities at the TecNM ITT Tijuana, Otay Campus. Students of Civil Engineering and Architecture used QGIS and QField to collect 115 georeferenced elements, documenting 77 photographic records of areas requiring attention. The study demonstrates a low-cost, high-impact approach to integrating GIS into engineering and architecture education, reinforcing skills in spatial data management, coordinate systems, and database use. The methodology is replicable for other educational or municipal projects. Full project files, including all layers, views, and images (33 MB), are available via a download link to facilitate further exploration.

Thank you so much for this @nono136lobo .
We would appreciate it if you could please sign the CLA.
I also made some comments regarding the format of the files (Image and Markdown). Basically, it would be great if you could please take a look at the formatting (Heading, blocks...) of the existing case studies and get inspiration from them.

Could you please refer to the existing case studies and complete the required front matter, which are title, thumbnail, and date. And leave the other fields as their default value :
For example:

It would be great if you could resize the image and use a .webp format for a more optimised size for the web.
This pull request adds a new case study showcasing a low-cost, high-impact model for integrating QGIS into engineering and architecture education in Mexico.
Students used QGIS and QField to produce a georeferenced diagnostic of physical improvement opportunities within the TecNM ITT Tijuana, Otay Campus. The project includes a summarized campus map, representative examples of georeferenced records, and links to the complete dataset and student-generated learning resources.
The methodology is replicable and demonstrates the educational and community impact of open-source GIS tools in higher education.
