Update composer.json

The Composer version has been updated to 2.0.8. The dependencies could not be updated in the development due to the old version of composer.

Again problems with new Composer 2.0.11?

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires qcubed/composer dev-qcubed4 -> satisfiable by qcubed/composer[dev-qcubed4].
    - qcubed/composer dev-qcubed4 requires composer-plugin-api ^1.0 -> found composer-plugin-api[2.0.0] but it does not match the constraint.
  Problem 2
    - qcubed/composer dev-qcubed4 requires composer-plugin-api ^1.0 -> found composer-plugin-api[2.0.0] but it does not match the constraint.
    - qcubed/application dev-master requires qcubed/composer dev-qcubed4 -> satisfiable by qcubed/composer[dev-qcubed4].

This is not the only problem, only qcubed/composer has been updated here, dev-qcubed4/composer still needs to be updated. and then some corrections need to be made in other places. Also, the Packagist Repository has not been updated or automated.

I still love the QCubed framework, but here is a very passive activity. And I don't have administrator rights to fix and update at any time. At the moment, I am not happy with the inaction here.

I still think and I have to create a separate repository and name it "qcubed-4", where I can update if possible, etc. I still respect the name QCubed and keep the same name, just I specify the version...

A little patience anyway! I need it myself.

I have just created a separate repository "qcubed-4". But I still have to ask for more time to improve, then test. If it's more or less okay, I can only announce that you can try to use it.
