We actually keep the license copyright information in NOTICE files. So what is in the LICENSE doesn't matter.

The license literally says to replace that line.

Never send a robot to do a human's job. This is all wrong. But probably suggests a change upstream

For non-standard projects in our ecosystem I added an opt-out flag for the file sync. I will send a PR to add this to this repo.

It might be good to add a section for node to the source file.
