Thanks @xordspar0. I don't get it why the upload artifact action now fails. Have they changed something upstream there in v4? Unfortunately it seems like we have to upgrade it to v4. My least favorite aspect of third-party GitHub actions is that they force you to update - and then break stuff that was previously working...

Huh, the fact that one arch succeeded but all the other failed makes me wonder if there's a name conflict between the artifacts of the different architectures, but they do all seem to be unique.

This would be a helpful change: actions/upload-artifact#507

At the beginning of 2026, I'm checking in on each of my open PRs. This is ready to merge, and it would fix a UX issue for me with AppImages that use appimage-go (including the ones I build myself).
