Extend predicate pushdown to support NOT EQUAL, LESS THAN, LESS OR EQUAL, GREATER THAN, and GREATER OR EQUAL comparison operators in addition to the existing EQUAL support. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
