Set RESERVE_NOTIFICATION to true by default
Set AUTO_ACCEPT_PARTY=true & AUTO_ACCEPT_QUOTES=false and adjusted test cases
Enabled sim UI for TTK as backend simulator
Configured response rule for PUT /transfers to generate a PATCH /transfers notification when TTK is acting like a switch.
