Please remove the Last Updated section, or set it back to whenever the last major update was. Updating urls from http to https doesn't mean the content is fresh.

I have removed it again as you requested.
It would still be good to have some indication of when it was originally written or last modified (or both) but that's less important to me than actually bringing the numbers and links up to date.

I've updated those only stats which were obviously wrong. Someone who knows about the others might like to review those.
All the HTTP links in the whitepaper have been upgraded to HTTPS and a static date added.
