@devnote-dev Have you looked at the develop branch recently? I had started to move everything into pkgs. I know it's nowhere near done. I was also looking at having a central management thread that would restart things if they crashed. Like if the discord bot functions died they would get restarted automatically. |

This is more or less a rewrite of the configuration side of things to be an independent package that will handle live reloads and external fetches. This PR also moves the Discord and IRC functions into
services/as an independent package to handle connections and events separately. These are still base works, full implementations should be expected once other core components are completed.
