Using this flag enables outputing a json file with rpmlist. This enables a list of rpms to be displayed in koji.
Add creation if an rpmlist in a json file as an output of the manifestgen. This can later be used by koji in order to show rpmlist in a format it expects.

This depends on the latest version of images, so I will need to wait before we merge that part in #501, and will rebase later:)
