feat(devtools): long-press floating panel button to copy render tree

Adds a long-press action to the floating WebF DevTools button:

• Shows a popup notice, then after 5 seconds dumps the render object tree and copies it to the clipboard (RendererBinding.renderView.toStringDeep()).

Test:

• Run in debug mode, long-press the floating bug icon, wait 5s, then paste to verify the render tree text.
