Expo plugin to support Expo managed workflow.

support newArchitecture (as we started from react-native-0.81 branch)
tested on Expo v54, but probably usable for lower versions (assumption)

Code is created and verified using Claude sonnet 4.5 (plus extra verification) by Grok Fast1
And tested in my Expo 54 project.

Added unit tests to verify the basics.

@jeffswartz as the changes to alpha release are only doc changes i think its still ok to see if expo plugin support can be integrated.
As we at Mindler need it
And a lot of others using the expo managed flow will be appreciating this a lot i think.

Thx in advance for looking into it. and hopefully review it.

Please note we added lib to be committed to we can use this repo from a github reference.
this way we do not need a new build version to get the latest version with the plugin

We also did a review of the code and looked into audio bluetooth issues and we can share that if you want.
