docs: Add best practices for OpenKruise workloads in multi-cluster environments (Karmada & OCM)

Summary

This PR addresses issue #2005 by adding comprehensive best practices documentation for using OpenKruise workloads in multi-cluster orchestration environments (Karmada and OCM).

Key Additions

• Karmada Integration: ResourceInterpreterCustomization scripts, installation guide, and deployment examples for all OpenKruise workloads
• OCM Integration: ManifestWork examples, hub-spoke setup, and placement strategies
