This moves the plugin authors section out of the how to's plugin page and add a new plugin page within the technical reference section. This allows us to add more technical details for specific plugin framework API and behaviors as we develop them while keeping a simpler plugin page in the how to section for users interested in consuming plugins (vs. authoring).
Beyond moving and expanding preexisting content, I've added two new sections to briefly cover search bar integration as well as integration of a configuration tool button in the plugin manager popup and geometry highlighting (all new in QField 3.5).
