closed mid game positions

ltc only fishtest positions filtered to be within 90-130 eval range and various position filters like high half move count, blocked pawns, protected kings, at least some pawns

in comparisons to closedpos.epd.zip this new book has more blocked mid game positions whereas the old book mostly had early game blocked positions which imo actually more looked like normal openings, the filter rules which were used for this book wouldn't match a single epd from the old book

goal is to be able to test improvements to piece shuffling in blocked positions or general fortress like positions
