Remove the
part_of ∘ develops_from → part_ofproperty chain fromupheno-special-inference-rules.owl. This chain causes developmental ancestry to leak into structural hierarchy, e.g. lung morphology phenotype incorrectly classified under foregut/digestive system morphology phenotype.
