chore: create vuetify example

• Fix build error (cannot find vuetify package) - also not if one declares it as explicit dependency
• Fix following runtime error (not sure if it still occurs):

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: e is not a function

Should we work on merging this PR? I would like to get Vuetify working and am planning to do the same with Vuestic if you’re familiar with it

Good question! 😄 I'll give it a try this week. I know it's tricky; we've tried before with vuetify-nuxt-module. However, userquin, the author of the module, can help us make it happen this time
