Keep a Changelog 格式天生需要每个版本下重复 ### Added/Changed/Removed， 之前 14 个 pre-existing MD024 警告都是这个原因。siblings_only=true 让 重复检查只在同级标题下生效。

新增 audit/limits.toml 作为「上限定义」单一权威源——每行一个维度 （月订阅¥、关注的人、AI 工具数等），配 user-set 上限和备注。 .github/scripts/audit.py 读取 limits.toml 计算当前值，渲染单表 （维度/当前/上限/状态/备注）写入 README ## 维护说明 里的 sentinel 块。状态列显示 ✅留白 N / 🟡持平 / 🚨超 N。 支持的 metric: subscription_total / subscription_count / total_active / total_deprecated / h2_active / h3_active。 pre-commit 框架 hook 在 README、audit.py、limits.toml 任一改动时 自动 refresh。首次 clone 跑 pre-commit install 即可。
- audit.py 增加「公司付费」豁免关键字：行里出现这个词时 subscription_total / subscription_count 自动跳过 - README 更新 11 处订阅价格（Claude Code 标记公司付费， iCloud/1Password/Surge 5/熊猫/Rond 等改成实际账单价格） - 新增 7 个一直在订但 README 没标价的：Chatgpt App / Telegram Premium / Apple Music Family / Evermusic / 哔哩哔哩充电 等 - 把 Apple Music 和 哔哩哔哩漫画 从 details 移回活跃列表 （之前写「不订了」结果又订回来了） 效果：月订阅 ¥941 → ¥480（Claude Code 公司付费 ¥720 豁免）， 在订条目 10 → 17 个（之前漏标的浮出水面）。
- Rond ¥48/m → ¥48/y（按 Apple 订阅周期校正，PLUS 是年付） - 1Password ¥498/y → ¥166/y（Families 三人分摊，记录个人实付） - 崩坏: 星穹铁道 标 ¥98/m（大月卡 ¥68 + 小月卡 ¥30） - 新增 明日方舟: 终末地 ¥98/m（大+小月卡，跟 HSR 同等开销） - audit/limits.toml: subscription_total 上限 = 666 ¥/月 效果：月订阅 ¥480 → ¥605/月（加两款游戏 ¥196， 减 1Password 分摊省 ¥27，Rond 由月转年省 ¥44）， 对比上限 666 留白 61。但联名卡（B 站/网易云/京东/淘宝） 还没纳入，下一步要查清楚再加。
- HSR 大月卡升级到进阶版 ¥128 + 小月卡 ¥30 = ¥158/m - 新增 京东 PLUS 超级联名卡 ¥298/y（含 PLUS+B站大会员等权益） - 京东 / 哔哩哔哩 App 标注大会员走联名卡 - 淘宝 标注 88VIP ¥88/y（饿了么/优酷/网易云季卡都靠这个） - 网易云音乐 单独续了黑胶 VIP ¥158/y 效果：月订阅 ¥605 → ¥710，🚨 超 666 上限 44 元。 两款游戏合计 ¥256（HSR 158 + 终末地 98）占 36%， 是首要 trade-off 触发点。
- UU 加速器 VIP 月卡 ¥24/m - Home Assistant Cloud (Nabu Casa) $6.5/m，远程访问+Alexa/Google 桥接 - Folo 加注：明年到期考虑砍到 Basic 档或不续 效果：月订阅 ¥710 → ¥781，🚨 超 666 上限 115 元。 24 个订阅在订。
跟「月订阅基础消费 ¥/月」高度相关，单独列一行价值不大。 集中在 ¥/月 这一个核心维度上看 FOMO 物证。
- iCloud 2TB ¥68/m → ¥23/m（家人三人共担，自己出 1/3） - Telegram Premium 加注：明年到期不续（每年都说不续，今年画押） - 网易云音乐 加注：明年到期不续（88VIP 季卡 + Apple Music 已覆盖） 效果：月订阅 ¥781 → ¥736，🚨 超 666 上限 70 元。 明年三项到期后预计再省 ¥95，可降至 ¥641。
- 中国移动 ¥38/m 主号 - 中国联通 ¥8/m 副号（验证码用） - 微信读书 ¥228/y 无限卡（每周一活动 ¥168 更划算） - 得到 ¥365/y 听书 VIP 效果：月订阅 ¥736 → ¥831，🚨 超 666 上限 165 元。 28 个订阅条目。
- 中国移动 实际是 ¥8/m 保号套餐（验证码备用号） - 中国联通 实际是 ¥38/m 流量卡（主号日常上网） 总价不变 ¥831/月（¥38+¥8 没变），只是 metadata 更准确。
- 新增 ¥X/Nd / \$X/Nd 格式支持，适配 battle-pass 类按版本（非按月）订阅 例：HSR 大月卡 ¥98/42d 表示「每 6 周一充，平均 ¥98」 - parse_subscriptions 改用 finditer 提取一行所有匹配，支持游戏类 「大月卡 + 小月卡」并存的情况 - 价格扫描限定在第一个 ` - ` 分隔符之前的 metadata 部分，避免把描述里 提到的全价（如 iCloud 描述里 ¥68/m 整价、1Password ¥498/y 整价） 当成额外订阅重复计数 HSR 实际更新： - 调整为 ¥98/42d 大月卡（进阶/基础轮充）+ ¥30/m 小月卡 - HSR 从 ¥158/m 修正到 ¥100/m，原来按 30 天月卡处理是 bookkeeping bug 效果：月订阅 ¥831 → ¥773，🚨 超 666 上限 107。
终末地大版本约 5 周（34-36 天），通行证 ¥68 跟版本走，不是 30 天月卡。 改成 ¥68/35d 大月卡 + ¥30/m 小月卡，平均 ¥88.3/月（不是 ¥98/月）。 效果：月订阅 ¥773 → ¥763，🚨 超 666 上限 97 元。

本来是常规月度更新（Simon Willison / 烤肉肉 / 触乐 / Anthropic News 4 个内容条目），过程中发现 plrom 缺乏「我到底真订了多少」的盘点机制，顺手做了 FOMO limits dashboard：脚本读
audit/limits.toml计算各维度（月订阅 ¥/月、关注人数、AI 工具数等），pre-commit 自动刷到 README## 维护说明的 sentinel 块。真账单一对账才发现订阅清单虚高，10 项扩到 28 项（话费 / 游戏大小月卡 / 88VIP / 京东 PLUS 联名卡 都没标过），脚本支持
/Nd周期格式适配按版本走的 battle pass，并扫 metadata 部分避开描述里的整价误算。设 ¥666/月上限后实际 ¥764/月，¥98 超额留在 README 作为断舍离物证。验证：本地 pre-commit 三 hook（markdownlint-cli2 / 水平线检查 / audit 自动刷新）全绿，等 CI linkspector。
