In PrimerBLAST web "Exclude predicted transcripts (XM_ accessions)" always on when Save search parameters is clicked...

In the PrimerBLAST web application, in the "Primers common for a group of sequences" feature, the "Exclude predicted transcripts (XM_ accessions)" checkbox is always selected in the new tab when I click the "Save search parameters" button.

I am using the Chrome web browser.
