prune_by_tag.catmaidneuron: no visible binding for global variable ‘PointNo’

I have removed the duplicated parts of this PR (soma stuff) by doing a rebase, removing the irrelevant changes and squashing all the relevant commits into one. However,

• this PR depends on Catmaidserver #131 for catmaid_get_server()
• I think we should really have a function along the lines of prune_distal in nat – this would then be a thin wrapper on top of that.
