This PR fixes the cleanup ccache GitHub Action workflow by adding necessary configuration that was missing in the initial implementation. Since the workflow could not be tested until merged to master, this follow-up fix addresses issues discovered after the initial merge.
Changes:
- Added sparse-checkout configuration to only checkout the required cleanup script
- Added GH_TOKEN environment variable for GitHub CLI authentication
