Fix Tailwind CSS not working by correcting configuration paths in Vite, PostCSS, and Tailwind config files.
The previous configuration had incorrect relative paths for PostCSS in Vite, a missing explicit config reference for Tailwind in PostCSS, and incorrect content paths within the Tailwind config itself, preventing Tailwind from processing CSS correctly.
